Router Techniques (2 Hours)
This seminar covers advanced topics that extend the techniques
in the “Fabrication Essentials” router course.
This course expands on the shape duplication process with
vacuum clamping technology. Learn step-by-step construction
methods for inside and outside ring jig assemblies. This
incredible jig can produce a speaker baffles, perimeter rings
and grills than fit together with amazing precision. After
you build the first assembly jig and reproduce it, the speed
of producing subsequent parts is virtually unlimited! Creating
irregular shapes that conform to interior panels can be very
difficult. We have developed a solution for this obstacle
that shaves hours off of the process. These techniques
are proprietary and are only taught by Mobile Solutions.

Plastic and Aluminum Fabrication (2
Hours)
This seminar is the icing on the cake for creating amazing
cosmetic elements. We’ll cover several real-world examples
of how to use different plastics and aluminum parts on a
daily basis’s. Increase your dash integration by using
similar materials used by the Auto Manufactures. Learn how
to machine different plastics and non-ferrous metals with
remarkable precision. Also included are detailed techniques
for Cutting, Sanding, and Polishing Acrylic and Aluminum.
This training will also demonstrate excellent examples of
using Neon and LED lighting applications for Acrylic and
Polycarbonate. Learning our safe cutting methods and finishing
techniques that will increase any custom labor ticket.
Painting Techniques (2 Hours)
This seminar has continually grown popularity because of
the endless possibilities. Learn in-depth demonstrations
of surface preparation, polyester primers, and texture painting
techniques. We had developed an excellent method to match
factory textures and vinyl colors for any vehicle. Learn
to painting color with ease! We have worked with some of
the best painters in the world. This experience has enabled
us to adopt their techniques to our industry. Learn how to
use single stage, base and clear coat mixing and techniques.

custom installations, and let your competition know who the
best. We have pioneered a process that simple and inexpensive.
This process lends the ability to produce extraordinary logos
from paper prints. Also learn different back painting techniques
for acrylic. We can also provide custom acrylic laser etched
with your store logo. This seminar will teach different sand
blasting and Vinyl decal techniques.
