Rout-R-LiftFX allows you to make quick router bit changes from above the table and was specifi cally designed for today’s most popular 1-3/4 to 2-1/4HP fi xed-base router motors. The top plate is CNC machined from 3/4” phenolic for a perfectly fl at and durable surface. Also features the Cam-Lock Clamp design for quick and easy motor changes. The Mast-R-Lift is designed for heavier duty applications using the big PorterCable 7518 3-1/4HP router. Heavy duty top plate is precision machined from 1” solid aluminum instead of phenolic. Both lifts feature anodized aluminum clamp assemblies on the underside and can be adjusted in precise 1/64” depth increments. The insert plate center hole in both lifts will accept bits up to a 3-1/2” diameter and includes a 1-1/2” insert ring. See details above for additional inserts. Plates both measure 9-1/4” x 11-3/4” and includes 8 position (Allen) set screw leveling. Router not included.

This set of 4 phenolic inserts is an accessory to both the Rout-RLiftFX and the Mast-R-LiftFX. Each router plate comes with one 1 1/2” insert ring standard, but this adds 1/4”, 1/2”, 1 3/8”. and 2 1/2” inserts so you can use both larger and smaller router buts but still maintain support near the bit edge and maximum vacuum from the dust collection system. We recommend adding this to your Jessem lift system!
