Perforated aluminum is great for speaker grilles or other design elements in a custom installation. Material is lightweight, has good corrosion resistance, excellent workability, and can be welded. Sheets have a staggered hole pattern. Sheet size is 36” x 40” and the thickness is 1/16”. The hole sizes range from smallest to largest are: 0.625” (1/16”) with 30% open area, 0.125” (1/8”) with 40% open area, and 0.1875” (3/16”) with 40% open area.
