A: “From the first job we noticed a return! The job was done quicker and to a higher standard.”

Q: How would you describe your expectation of the training versus the result of the training?
A: “I had high expectations from the training, which it well exceeded. I could not have imagined the
things we learned and the results that we are now capable of.”

Q: Do you feel that the Master Tech On-Site training has given you a competitive edge in the marketplace?
A: “Most definitely! We are more confident and capable, which shows in our work. We can now meet
most any of our customer expectations in a timely and efficient manner.”

Q: How would you describe the main benefit of the training?
A: “We are a lot more efficient and have the equipment and skills to back up our work.”

A: “I first saw their stand at SEMA 2008.”

Q: What type of training was provided, how long was it, and where was it held?
A: “We did the Master Tech On-Site course. It was held at our store (autObarn Capalaba) in Brisbane,
Australia. It was a week long course, but wished it was longer!”
